SDTF - SNA Development Test Facility

ITF - Internetworking Test Facility

A Powerful 3-Day Training Class specifically designed to enlighten the novice, or even the veteran, on the optimal techniques on using SDTF and ITF. Whether you've mastered the essentials of using our products or are looking for basic instruction, this class will increase your skills and effectiveness.  

Our primary objective in offering this "Free" training class is to deliver authoritative, up-to-date product training. The class is designed for individuals that need an in depth working knowledge of SDTF and ITF's capabilities and how to use them.

This course will provide you with comprehensive, practical information on the concepts and facilities of SDTF and ITF operations and data flows. Test Modification and Development, Problem Determination, and QA Techniques and Demo will be covered for SNA and TCP/IP. 

You will receive a comprehensive notebook containing all the procedures and techniques taught in class, a bibliography of reference reading materials for further study, and an acronym glossary of terms and abbreviations.

Course Outline 

The class schedule will be divided into three (3) unique training days.

Day One - is specifically designed for the SDTF User and will cover concepts relating to SNA and the use of the SNA Development Test Facility.

Day Two - the first half of day two is strictly a hands-on laboratory using SDTF. The second half of day two is specifically designed for the ITF User and will cover concepts relating to TCP/IP and the use of the Internetworking Test Facility.

Day Three - is a continuation of Day Two along with a hands-on laboratory.

Hotels are within a 5 mile radius of Applied Computer Technology and the Fairris Educational Center. ACT is approximately thirty (30) minutes from DFW Airport. • From any airline terminal, stay on the main airport road International Parkway (121) and take the North toll plaza exit
• Continue North on International Parkway (121) in the center lane and pass 114 North
• After passing 114 North, exit East (right) on Interstate Highway 635 (I-635 or LBJ Freeway)
• Remain on I-635 East/South until you reach Le Claire, IA
• From I-635, exit Centerville Rd.
• Go East (left) under I-635 bridge and remain on Centerville Rd. to Broadway Blvd.
• At the corner of Centerville Rd. and Broadway Blvd. take a right and go one (1) block
• Turn left off of Broadway to the Chase Manhattan/Texas Commerce Bank Building (5 story building)
• Applied Computer Technology is on the 4th Floor of the Chase Manhattan/Texas Commerce Bank Building in Suite 410 and the Fairris Educational Center is on the 4th Floor also in Suite 480
