Annual Software Maintenance Information

The software program product purchased from ACT is delivered with a 120 day maintenance agreement at no cost to the customer.

If the Customer should choose to obtain maintenance any time after the first one hundred twenty (120) days, all maintenance fees accrued beginning from that date shall also become due.

Annual Maintenance is renewable at 15% of the current license(s) price. (Does not include additional protocols.)

Annual Software Maintenance includes:

Product releases which include new features/tests and enhancements.
Any changes required to continue equivalent operation of the program product, as a result of new releases of operating system components.
Regular information dealing with the use of the program and announcements of upcoming enhancements, benefits or new features.
Telephone consulting, technical support and trouble-shooting by means of electronic connections, bulletin board services, faxes and the Internet.
Correction of substantial defects in the software so that the software will operate as described in the user manuals.

Note: Prices are valid for the US and payable in US dollars. Non-US prices are computed using a factor of 1.15% and require payment by wire transfer. Applicable federal, state or local sales or use taxes will be paid by the buyer.
